Since the Wii has exploded on the scene, there was the question of what the user base to meet when he came to a licensed sports games. Basically in that effort met with indifference. The only one who has been a real success is the Tiger Woods series. And that the Grand Slam tennis now get the improvement that comes with the Wii MotionPlus. Kart Racing Nascar has recently joined the success of the column as they went completely away from sim arcade. But team sports games do not seem to translate to the console and attempts to straddle the line hardcore-casual (All Play) did not work.

Thankfully, EA Sports seems to have understood this, and we see the beginning of a new direction for the Wii with Madden 10. No, it was excited about playing the PS2 version of Madden on the Wii. Instead the idea was to create a whole new experience and fun. This is the first year, the Wii version was developed at the Tiburon studio, which is important and should lead to a better offer for the future.

Madden 09 on Wii is a game decent. Outside of fashion 5 against 5 but there was really no reason not to play as the 360/PS3 version. Even as the game has tried to be attractive to crowds, he stayed a little more complicated and unnatural to play.

The most obvious to the 10 is the new style of art that presents five different body types, which are exaggerated to respond to different positions. The Wii version is not supposed to be completely serious if having that unique look is refreshing. I had a good laugh to see if Matt Hasselbeck shapes. The graphics are not spectacular, they should try whatever they can to offset that. Cartooney style this year they did an admirable job. I almost thought they might have grown more ridiculous than research. It looks half went to the new style and half of what it was unintentional and just because of the poor graphics of the Wii.

Last year, introduced the game "Call Your Shot" that could be called roads receiver screen and almost created run plays. Since 10 they have added so-called "call coverage" of the defense. Just point and select a player and then put their mission. The choice of a player, they will be the man on the person while choosing an area to put them in a coverage area.

Checks at 09 were deemed too complicated if they have been simplified this year. Instead of selecting the recipient and then to move you just start the wiimote point at the receiver you want to launch and hit the button. So instead of having different movements based on the motion put forward today is shaking the wiimote and the game will get the best suits the situation. The old system of control can be turned back on, but really I think the crowd that just wants to play and enjoy this game will be like the changes that were made.

All stages have been completely re-built. Even if they are not 100% accurate, they are a reasonable representation of their counterparts in real life. The game screen is easier to read and a clock with a much larger score.

I was encouraged by what I saw for Madden 10 on Wii. These are some fundamental changes made to the game and the new direction it is headed. They seem to know what the developers have to do and that is to create something that draws the family atmosphere and the crowd, and those who buy as a complementary product to the 360/PS3 version.
